
Bowling is a spectacular indoor game that has grown immensely from its origin in 3rd century. It is generally a sport for the rich as membership for bowling alleys are generally expensive. You are given options to choose from as regards the pins. There are ten-pin, nine-pins, duck pin, squat pin and five-pins. Choose also on the ball you will use. They should be easy to release from the grip of your fingers. If they are too heavy for you, you may incur injuries on your back.
If done well, bowling allows you the profits of an anaerobic exercise. Your weight handling capacity will increase and your lower body will be toned. Moreover you aim will get better by the day. Some other variations like lawn bowls have also come up recently.
